Students & Alumni
Students and alumni play a vital role in helping fulfill Timmy’s mission of empowering and creating healthier communities.
College Chapters
College chapters play a vital role in helping fulfill Timmy’s mission of creating healthier communities. As partners and advocates to Timmy’s work outside of the US, chapters are crucial in supporting programming through fundraising and amplifying the impact of our partners.
Chapters have the opportunity to connect with a network of global health practitioners, Timmy’s international partners, and other students across North America wanting to make a difference across the Globe.
Being part of a Timmy chapter gives students a chance to make a difference on their campus, learn more about global health, and network with global health-focused students. Timmy students also have an opportunity to develop their leadership skills as part of a college chapter

Timmy Alumni serve as agents of change for health equity and work to fulfill the promise of healthy futures for all people:
They engage in shaping the direction of the organization by lending their voice and insights. With opportunities to be involved in special events, programming initiatives, and Timmy chapters, they invest time and resources to positively impact Timmy’s work.
They advance Timmy’s work through advocacy: championing the mission of the organization in their personal spheres of influence. They can mentor students by sharing knowledge and sparking students’ interest in global health to develop the next generation of global health practitioners.
Timmy Alumni enhance their career and leadership development through networking, mentorship, and service. By investing time in Timmy committees, they will cultivate leadership skills. Through greater exposure to leadership and educational experiences in the field of global health, they grow both personally and professionally–living and feeling closer to humanity along the way.
