Timmy Global Health Responds to COVID-19

When COVID-19 changed daily life for everyone across the world this year, it caused us all to adjust our goals and expectations, adapt our activities, and realize what is most important to us. Medical service trips had to change with the pandemic, but one thing that hasn’t changed is our mission: to empower communities to address health disparities. This year, the primary (though not only) worldwide health disparity is caused by COVID-19. Timmy staff members are working from home just like many of you, but the work we do to empower the communities we serve is more important than it has ever been. Timmy has worked with its communities to adapt activities. We are fighting COVID-19 directly via PPE distribution, education campaigns, and financial support to keep local doctors employed.
