Nick has spent the past 15 years in a variety of roles across social impact organizations.  From youth and families to poverty alleviation and criminal justice reform, Nick has a wide-ranging view on systemic challenges and opportunities to drive social innovation and equity.

After an extended trip to Malawi, Zambia and Mozambique in 2009, Nick has been a passionate advocate for responsible international development, having traveled to or championed projects in another 10 countries across Africa and Latin America.

Nick joins Timmy after most recently serving as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at RecycleForce.  Prior to that, Nick founded Social Insight, a social impact consultancy focused on impact investing, social enterprise, and organizational and program development.

Nick completed his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and has graduate certificates in Executive Nonprofit Leadership and Nonprofit Management from IU.  Nick also has a diploma in social innovation from the UN-sanctioned University for Peace in Costa Rica (online).

Nick is an active Rotarian in the Rotary Club of Indianapolis where he serves as an officer and member of the Foundation board.  Nick will preside as President of the Club in 2020-21.  Nick is also a founding board member of Thrival Academy Indy, an innovation school within Indianapolis Public Schools.  Nick is married to his partner, Becky and they have two boys, Camren and Cayden.
