Programs Manager - Ecuador
Alexandra is thrilled to return as Programs Manager for Ecuador. As a Peace Corps volunteer, she lived in Ecuador, serving in a maternity hospital to provide care to pregnant adolescents and persons living with HIV.
Prior to joining the Timmy team, Alexandra worked with various non-profits, most recently as a victim advocate to survivors of sexual assault and as an educator on preventing sexual violence. Her passion for grassroots non-profits began with her work in a residential drug and alcohol rehabilitation community and her collaboration with mentally ill inmates. A proud Utahan and a graduate of the University of Utah with degrees in Psychology and Art History, Alexandra enjoys wilderness treks and is an avid consumer of autobiographies and NPR. She is honored to be a part of Timmy’s mission to promote global health and accessible healthcare in underserved communities in the beautiful country of Ecuador.
