Service Trip Coordinator
Timmy Global Health is seeking a full-time, Indianapolis-based Service Trip Coordinator. The Service Trip Coordinator is responsible for managing Timmy’s approximately 820 student and medical professional volunteers traveling on 30+ annual service trips. This position seeks a high energy, detail-oriented individual with the capacity to keep track of many moving parts at once, including recruiting, preparing, and organizing participants of all trips.
Global Health Fellow
Timmy Global Health is looking for two full-time Global Health Fellows for the 2020-2021 year. This fellowship is designed to provide a former Timmy student leader or other emerging global health/nonprofit leader with an opportunity to deepen their contribution to and understanding of, the nonprofit world in global health through a competitive, stipend-based, yearlong fellowship at Timmy Global Health’s headquarters in Indianapolis, IN. The fellowship furthers Timmy’s mission while fostering valuable skills in student engagement and chapter development, nonprofit management, program development and evaluation, project management, fundraising, global health, and international development.
Non Profit Management & Global Health Fellow
Timmy Global Health is looking for a full-time Non Profit Management & Global Health Fellow in Indianapolis, IN, for the 2020-2021 year. This fellowship is designed for a former student chapter member, graduating senior, or recent graduate who has demonstrated a significant commitment to effective, positive change in the global health/nonprofit world. The fellowship furthers Timmy’s mission while fostering valuable skills in business operations, data analysis, nonprofit management, program development and evaluation, project management, fundraising, global health, and international development.
Service and Education Intern
Timmy Global Health is currently seeking a Service and Education Intern for the Summer 2020 semester. This position is an unpaid volunteer experience intended to supplement a student’s educational experience with skills relative to educational curriculum development with a focus on equity, anti-colonialism, and international development. This experience gives students an opportunity to engage in building educational programming designed to help students traveling on medical brigades prepare for their cross-cultural experience. The educational curriculum should also identify the root causes of historical inequalities and disparities in the communities we serve in.
Medical Service Trip (MST) Intern
Timmy Global Health is looking for a part-time, Medical Service Trip Intern for the Summer 2020 Semester. As the MST Intern, you will gain experience in logistics coordination, data management, and global health programs. This position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also required.
The Timmy Global Health Marketing Internship is an unpaid volunteer experience during the summer of 2020 intended to supplement a student’s educational experience with skills relative to non profit marketing and communications, as well as global health. This opportunity also promotes valuable experience in organizational leadership, while vitally contributing to Timmy Global Health’s mission of advocacy, health care promotion, and service.
Timmy Global Health is looking for a part-time Dispensary Intern for the Summer 2020 Semester. As the Dispensary Intern, you will gain experience in global health logistics, pharmaceutical supply chain, and process improvement. Candidates must have a strong attention to detail and have the ability to work independently.
Finance and Operations Intern
Timmy Global Health is looking for a part-time, Indianapolis-based Finance and Operations Intern for the Summer of 2020. The position requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who will be responsible for researching and re-evaluating the company’s operations, including: finance, human resources, office maintenance/procedures, and electronic resources in an effective and efficient manner. You will gain experience in fiscal management for an international non-profit organization, including exposure to non-profit legal and tax structures.
