Volunteers

Timmy Global Health relies heavily on volunteers to help sustain and implement our mission. With such a small administrative staff, the generosity of volunteers truly makes our work possible.

Volunteer in our office

Like any small non-profit organization, Timmy Global Health can always use a helping hand. Our headquarters – located in downtown Indianapolis – is the epicenter of our programming operations and organizational management.  Please note that our in-office volunteer opportunities are only available Monday-Friday from 9am-5pm.

Volunteer in our Medical Supply Warehouse

Our 5,000-square-foot medical warehouse collects and distributes a variety of medical and surgical supplies. Volunteers are always needed to inventory and organize donated medical supplies–this is a great opportunity for nursing or premed students who want to donate their time and get hands-on experience with various supplies and equipment.  For fall 2012, our main volunteer days in the warehouse are Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 9am-5pm.

Event Volunteers

Timmy Global Health hosts various fundraising and community outreach events throughout the year.  If you are interested on hosting a fundraiser on Timmy’s behalf, or would like to volunteer “on call” for fundraising events, please contact sarah@timmyglobalhealth.org.

International Volunteer Opportunities
